What you’ll find here are the most common documents needed in Family Law cases. Not every document is required in every case and there will need to be legal work done in every case outside these basic documents. What you’ll not find here are generic petitions or “checkbox” settlement agreements. In every case, you should consult an attorney before submission of any documents to the court.
